Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. What this service is
whatsmissing.health provides an AI-powered nutrition assessment that generates personalized recommendations based on your answers to a questionnaire and, optionally, your blood test results. The service is designed to help you identify potential nutrient gaps and have more informed conversations with your healthcare provider.
2. What this service is NOT
This service is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or consultation. The recommendations provided are for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not diagnose diseases. We do not prescribe treatments. We do not replace your doctor, nutritionist, or any other healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or have concerns about your health, consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes based on our recommendations.
In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
3. Accuracy and limitations
Our assessment is based on published nutritional science and evidence-based guidelines. However, nutrition science is complex and evolving. Individual responses to dietary changes, supplements, and other recommendations vary. What works for one person may not work for another.
The AI that generates your report works with the information you provide. If your answers are incomplete or inaccurate, the recommendations may not be appropriate for your situation. Blood test analysis is based on image recognition and may contain errors if the image quality is poor or values are partially obscured.
We strongly recommend discussing any recommendations with your doctor before acting on them, especially regarding supplements, dietary changes, and blood tests.
4. Supplements and dosages
When we suggest supplements, we provide dosages based on generally recognized safe ranges from published research. However, supplements can interact with medications, may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions, and can cause side effects.
Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before starting any new supplement, especially if you take prescription medications.
5. Blood test analysis
Our blood test analysis compares your values against both standard laboratory reference ranges and optimal ranges based on current research. "Optimal" ranges are not universally agreed upon and may differ from what your doctor considers appropriate for your individual situation.
A single blood test is a snapshot. Values can fluctuate based on time of day, recent meals, hydration, stress, and many other factors. Our analysis should be discussed with your doctor, who has your complete medical history.
6. Payment and refunds
The full assessment costs $29 USD as a one-time payment. Blood test analysis costs $19 USD (or is included free for users who have purchased a full report). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Since the report is generated and delivered immediately after payment, we generally do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your report, contact us and we will resolve it.
7. Intellectual property
The assessment methodology, question logic, rule engine, and cross-connection patterns are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the assessment logic. Your personalized report is yours to keep, print, and share with your healthcare providers.
8. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to health outcomes resulting from following or not following our recommendations. This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You use this service at your own risk and are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the last revision. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
